Vierge forced to sit out Dutch Grand Prix after breaking left thumb

Vierge - 2017Tech3 Racing Team rider Xavi Vierge will take no further part in the Dutch Grand Prix after breaking his left thumb during the wet FP3 practice this morning. The young Spaniard was taken to the local hospital following the crash and there, the medical staff confirmed the break, thus preventing him from riding this weekend. The entire team would like to wish Vierge a swift recovery.
