Position: 9th - Time: 1'35.653 - Laps: 14
“I am happy with today and the entire weekend so far. It was a bit tricky because of the new compound of tyre from Dunlop, which made it more difficult and I had some small issues. Yet, finally, in the qualifying, we made good progress. My lap time is fast, but the most important thing is the rhythm and I think I have a very positive pace, which will allow me to fight for a top position tomorrow. Thanks to my team for their hard work and I am excited to race.“
Position: 25th - Time: 1'36.189 - Laps: 18
“It was a bad qualifying and I can’t hide my disappointment. My personal best today was slower than the time that I rode last year, which makes the situation even more annoying. I really struggled and I just didn’t have a good feeling. We need to make some changes for tomorrow and we have work to do tonight. However, I’ll do my best as always to fight."
